April 14 - 20

Another week already? jeez...

Monday

A brief swimming session, followed by weights (endurance). We've moved up to 30 reps now. While swimming was short, I think Charlie got something out of it. He's been having trouble breathing, and I didn't know what to tell him, so I asked the swim coach to help him out. I think that was useful.

Tuesday

crappy run, 3-4 miles. also biked around some, maybe that counts for something.

Wednesday

30 min swim, weights (strength)

Thursday
